Dear team I bought samsung mobile j7 pro on 30th dec 2017at salem mobile xpress showroom. I had faced network issue airtel not detected in my mobile from the date purchase i had approached service center on 10th of this month after two times sim replacement from network end they took my mobile one full day 10th and they return same day evening they told software issue and now issue cleared hence issue will not come.in third day itself again faced software issue automatically playstore getting opened in home with some app promotion on 13th of this month which pongal leave started. Today i visited service center they again today me to handover mobile for software update if issue cleared means can get mobile by evening they need two days time for hardware replacement. Just 18days old mobile i am facing repeat network and software complaint what type product you people provide consumer and service center super reponse to customer for my first time visit they didnt give complaint no and now they providing complaint big conversation, i asked for doa replacement they refusing to take request. Is this service center people will repnse customer i am clearly approaching that two times i am facing with in the 15 days there is government holiday ur service got shut down. Why should i suffer by purchasing your product at 20k. Is this the way to samsung team will response ur customer thanks I want to return the product and need refund for that mobile. Dear sir,
i have purchased samsung mobile phone s7-edge on 08/02/17 through card payment . But after 10 month of purchase still i have not received 10% cash back amount from company as per the offer that time.
my complain no is [protected] to samsung customer care.

In Surat, udhna Samsung service center is worst, only cheat the customer, only work for want money rather than give service, due to this reason Samsung brand name goes down, not give service in proper way they only know how to collect money

my tv purchased on[protected], we are observed one straight line on display screen. after discussion with e bay seller I was sent my tv through blue dart courier on dated september 2015 .But received at delhi seller it is broken condition photos also sent to me e bay seller so kindly requested to you solve the problem.
