[Resolved]  Samsung India — samsung mobile moto 10 350

I have purchased mobile (Item no. Samsung moto 10 350 [protected]) on 02.07.2017 by your authorised centre new universal mobile cafe at greater noida up. Just after purchasing within two months, item is not working. Hence i have gone to your dealer and responed that thier is software problem and it cannot be rectified at our end.

In view of above please rectified the items or replace it.
