Dear all I had given my mobile set j7 for repairing in your authorised service centre in kolkata s - care, 51 b garcha road, opp hazra law college, kolkata - 700019. Initially it took mire than 10 days to get the camera and the glass. As a matter of fact nature of problem was explained to me in bits and pieces. Finally when i went to collect the mobile i was told that they charge additional 2% over the bill amount as i was making my payment with card. I was astonished to find this and the service engineer connected me with the manager / owner over phone as i initially denied to pay the extra amt of rs 58 above bill amt. My bill amt was 2919 and i paid 2968. Payment of excess 58 rs is not a big deal but absolutely unethical in todays date when govt is pushing for cash less payments.
