[Resolved] Samsung India — samsung mobile/display not working | |||
Hi, I had purchase a samsung mobile no. Samsung Galaxy On8 SM-J710FN through flipkart on dt.08-08-17, since last few days display of phone is not working properly. I went to samsung service centre at NEW HIND TALKIES ETAWAH for resolution, but they replied that display is not covered under warranty terms and you have to pay cost of parts as well as repair also. My device is still under warranty and their is no any physical damage on screen than why this is not been covered in warranty. Please look in that and resolve the problem.
