Sir my self RAJNI KANT ADVOCATE Today I visit you Samsung service centre branch aasiyana lucknow there i face misbehaviour by your Sc manager he shouted on me and did not return my product against job seet . I have submitted my hand free and data cable at last month in November and he did not resolve my problem when I go to centre he said i will not resolve your problem and harassment to me by his language. Your Samsung service centre Lucknow aasiyana branch is bad centre h always time dost not resolve the problem of all customers and misbehave to all customers. Today a female also feel guilty against the sc manager language always time he does not listing the problem and receiving any call . He always time shouted on all customers.
