[Resolved] Samsung India — Samsung refrigerator | |||
Here after I never choose Samsung products as bitter experience about first service request even the product had purchased recently, the service person asked to produce original bill for the service but they have enough data about the details of ours and retail shop . The person came and refused to do service for the said reason, I didn't know what purpose they maintain the customer details their end If I am ready to pay they never ask anything.
