[Resolved] Samsung India — samsung refrigerator: service not attended and our problem neglected. | |||||
Complaint no.: [protected] Model no.: rt56h6679sl/2014 Our refrigerator stopped cooling on 27th january 2018 due to gas leakage for the 3rd time in a span of 2 years and in these 10 days we have called 3-4 times per day requesting a technician to be sent in order to resolve our problem, and their response has been very ignorant and atrocious. So far we have received no communication as to when they will send the technician to repair the fridge. This is the response from a fortune 500 company. The past 10 days have been so stressful for our family and food worth 5, 000 rupees have gone down the drain for the 3rd time. Besides, my grandmother had prepared our family recipe desert which was all gone to a waste due to the lack of service and incomprehension of this horrible company. We had bought this fridge in hopes of keeping large amounts of food and stacking produce, and instead we deal with innumerable calls to the service center begging and pleading for help and getting no response, twice every year. We would highly suggest any buyers not to buy any product from this incompetent company. Their product is worth being disposed in the dumpster and their service is absolutely impotent.
