[Resolved] Samsung India — Samsung showroom charging 1.5% transaction fee from customers | |||||
I bought a phone from samsung plaza at adyar, chennai on march 25 2017. I paid my bill amount through my credit card. But to my shock, the transaction fee payable by the merchant for using pos is transfered to the customer. As per rbi rules the transaction charge has to bare the charge as they are using the service for running their business. The practice of collecting money from the customer is not acceptable.
