I had purchased led tv 5 yrs back from samsung... Just before 7 days back, there was electricity problem and mother-board of this tv got danaged... I have called proper samsung executive from samsung-showroom... That executive advised me to sell this samsung tv in scrap & purchase new samsung tv... As mother-board of this damaged tv is not avilable as samsung company stopped production of this tv model also stopped productiob of spare parts... Very interesting,,,,,, will going to file suit against samsung in proper court of law/consumer court against this in next 15 days...

Updated by drpravinnn Is this strategy of Leading word-leader in eletronic industry like SAMSUNG?...No any technical back-up services from technical team of SAMSUNG INDIA...I hereby request all consumers to avoid wastage of hard-earned money over these useless products...Better to avoid purchase of Tv beyond 10k...
