[Resolved] Samsung India — samsung tv model no. cz-21k43ml delay in settling complaint | |||
My tv repaired on 28th august 2018 and register a complaint in the toll free number. On 4th august a technician from appolo sustems, karamana. Tvpm visited my house and checked the tv, then taken away the mother board by saying that it will soon return after maintaining it. But unfortunately no reply or report availed from the mechanic or samsung service center. So i reminded my complaint several times and no response availed. Finallyon last week, i got call from samsung customer care center from chennai enquiring whether the tv get ok. I replied the history and complaint still alive. Then they make contact with local service center at karamana, tvm ant assure that on 13th october 2018 itself the must return or solve repair of the motherboard. But they cannot keep the word till the timeand my tv is still remain dead. Whtat shall i do? Give a solution. Was this information helpful? | |||
