Samsung India — samsung tv not got repaired and very rude behaviour of samsung service centre staff | |||
My Samsung TV is not getting started since 7 days so I gave my TV to authorised Samsung service centre of Nagpur..and after keeping for 4 days..they returned my TV back saying it can't be repaired..and the staff was rude and they also said we take responsibility of Samsung electronics only till 6 yrs..since the TV is 7 yrs old we are not responsible..same rude behaviour was shown when I called the Samsung service call centre Was this information helpful? | |||
