Oon 19.05.2019 i raised a complaint regarding above mentioned washing machine which shows display but not working. Without attending the complaint it was closed. Again i registered a complaint on 24th of this month as per the instruction of customer care people since the earlier complaint was closed.
Even though i got sms regarding the visit of a service engineer with his name (Naseeb) and mobile number he didn't attend the complaint. Once i got him on his mobile but he told that he will not attend the complaint since he has some other work. Meantime i get a message that my complaint is resolved. My complaint is not yet resolved. Requested for a speedy repair
