Samsung finally agreed to give the replacement. But what happened with me is a blunder of
Samsung India and the repalcement piece also had scrathes on them which i didnt accepted there and there itself.The entire series of phones has scratches I guess.All
Samsung galaxy A50 users pl check your phones for display scratches from all angles and notify them.Here's what happened with me and the mail I send to
Samsung..
After receiving call from head office and service centre we went to collect the replacement of our phone
Samsung galaxy A50 on 1st April 2019 which had earlier scratches on them.When we went there we were prepared that we would thoroughly check the piece there and there at the service centre itself.
To our surprise we again found the scratches at the left hand display which was visible at an angle and proper lighting.We didn't accepted the replacement. I just cannot understand how this was passed through the quality checks of
Samsung that too this was happening for the second time with me.I personally think that the entire range of this series has a manufacturing defect of the display.
Again I have to pass through the same harassment and mental stress of calling back to customer care and visits to service centre.I just think I had enough.
Samsung should call back all the phones of this series and issue a public apology to all the customers throughout India.I was always a
Samsung user but this time I sincerely feel that I had made a wrong choice of choosing
Samsung.
Cannot wait for any longer waiting for another blunder.Give me the entire refund of the phone amount with interest and apology letter as soon as possible to square the matter.Presently, I am not accounting other charges like my numerous visits to service centre and my loss of work due to calls, visits, writing mails to the company, mental stress and harassment etc.. If the matter is not solved at the earliest we will have to lodge legal complaints and would recover all the charges from you.

Updated by HARNAMSINGH KHURANA I have all the images as proof of the scratches on original as well as replacement piece of their newly launched
Samsung galaxy A50. But the service centre says that these are minor scratches
which all of phones has on their display hence a refund is not possible.
My question to
Samsung is if all their phones has scratches on display and their quality checks pass these scratches saying minor and it should be acceptable to customer..Sorry I have paid the full amount so no question in accepting a defective piece.
How this customer forum can help me in getting the refund ??and I will soon be registering complain at district court consumer forum.
Please let me know how this forum can help me.??
Also any other customer who has same problem regarding scratches on display
Samsung galaxy A50 .We all should collectively make
Samsung apologise and call back all their phones of this series

Samsung employees are blind that they cannot see after showing them.On the contrary there are bundle of scratches also there at the back body.The other customers at the Service Centre can see scratches but I don't know why
Samsung employees cannot see?Just because they don't want to give the refund.
The phone is there in the custody of
Samsung Service Centre how can u all people cannot see the scratches??
We took the help of the Naupada
Police Station and the officers visited your Service centre and later on we were taken to
Police station.If the cops can see the scratches then why do the
Samsung cannot see??
How can you deny facts which are in the images which are attached??It clearly shows the quality aspects of
Samsung..bad and zero customer service..
This case should be taken to the top most management as it is not a cup of tea of people handling it now.
