[Resolved] Samsung India — screen issue samsung mobile | |||
I purchased a j7 pro on 1st jan 2018, not even 2 weeks into operation the screen developed purple patches. On calling the customer service lady says this is considered impact damage and will not be covered under under warranty. On calling the service center they says no stock and i need to deposit the phone with them and then they will order in case i want it repaired. Brand new phone so why do i pay and why do i wait.
