[Resolved] Samsung India — service center | |||
On checking with the service center for the replacement of the screen (Samsung j7 prime), it was told that the screen can be replaced in a week. Later there was no response from service center for more than a month. Not easily reachable through phone as well. First time, it was told that order can be placed without surrendering the phone and an order was taken. After a week the screen reached the center, i was told that, there is some issue and cannot be replaced. I was asked to wait for another week so that they can place a new order. But its been a month later, i was checking on how long can i wait, and now they ask me to surrender the phone only then they can raise an order for the screen. Is this how, they say different things at different point of time (1 mnth before and after)? Also how can i surrender a phone and be without it? This service center employees are hardly reachable and poor service and poor response!! Was this information helpful? | |||

told me that WiFi will not function and they demanded extra cost to the tune of Rs, 6000=00 for its repairs. When I protested as to why I was kept in dark on the first day when they accepted the phone for repairs and gave me estimated cost of repairs they turned a deaf ear.I lodged a complaint with the customers care centre vide reference no.[protected] and on their advise I deposited the phone vide service request no.[protected] dated 06.07.2017. The Customer Care is only for saving iitheir service centre and to lodge complaint with them is a wastage of time. My phone is still lying idle with the service centre. Will higher authorities of the company look into the problem and save me from the illegal extra charge of repairs beyond their estimated and paid charges.
