My washing machine is working fine but when it is wash mode water some times keeps on comming out. I launched first complaint 11 july order no [protected] and that time enginer my drain hose was changed... Then again i launched complaint because problem remained the my order no are [protected] and [protected]... Finally service engineer told me that my pcb need to be changed and it will cost more than 4000. Well as i had no option i told him to make washing mashine ok and he confirmed me after final check that with pcb change it will be fine. After 4-5 days of wait my pcb was changed he told me that bill will be given to after he visits next time. But again my problem continue as same... Again when i gave him a call and did complaint new order no[protected]... At his visit he told me thathe has to call technical team and then check waht other problem can be there.
But when i asked him that then my old pcb was fine... And it has been changed. And you charged me almost 4000+... I told him then please put my old pcb and return my money for that he said sorry but we cannot take new pcb back and as we have already made a bill. As per company rule i have sold you that part and ot connot be returned back?
Please tell me as directed by your enginer i got pcb changed. Then it is responsibly of the company that my money should be returned and my old part should be placed back.
As problem is still not solved.
