"worst service" Recently i purchased j7 model and found my mobile charger cable is not working properly, when i reported same to service centre, they replied i need to submit my handset for 3 days to get new charging cable, and staff want me to sit for 1 to 2 hour to find weather cable is in stock or not at local level. This is worst experience of any product service. Need contact details to resolve this issue. Or else i will file case.in consumer. Court and upload this video in public sites.
