[Resolved] Samsung India — service centre not willing to take the device under warranty | |||||
Service centre bill no.[protected] dated 19.7.2017 and customer care ref. No.[protected] My phone j72016 is under warranty as purchase date is 5.8.2016. There is no display in the phone. There is no physical/external damage showing as such. While visiting customer care, they refused to take it under warranty in assumption that there may be external damage state that i[censored] reluctant to pay cost of led i. E. ₹5000+, you have to pay inspection charges around ₹250. This is highly unjustified. I told them to write their assumption in remarks column of job card which they refused. Please do needful.
