samsung freeze just a year ago and they provided warranty of it and we found that since last 6 days gas is leaking from freezer.
we tried to contact many time with
samsung customer care, I executive team and other
person but no proper response was found.
Insteaes of providing resolution they have shown our mistake in that.
This is really ridiculous services from
samsung team.

this is really a confused scenario... your represenative visited home and checked freeze. he told us that he will come in jext three days with some equipments and fix the problem but again received a call from call center that there is a physical damage and they can not fix it.
We are using many other equipment and never fault any other issue like this and never ever did any wrong witb this
samsung freeze..
i would request you to resolve this asap as freeze is off since last 10 days and no one is helping

Updated by ash0502 After having a complete discussion with your customer service representative ref to complaint [protected] we found that we need to pay some amount to get it fix, however I believe this response is unfair and illegitimate as we have not damage the freeze and we are also not sure when it got done but suddenly it has started leaking gas so both are different perspective as per the customer end.
I have tried to explain over call that we got the problem in mid of may and warranty has expired in march as per your CSR so for one month only you guys are not understating the customer concern and charging the amount even we are not sure when the damage took place in freeze so I tell you this kind of experience does not match with your ‘CSR Vision Statement-
’’

I also found a very rude & unprofessional communication from the side of your Customer Service office, He was only imposing and telling the things. It was not a helping and resolution call, Does that match your Employability statement –
“
Samsung fosters promising talents by offering customer service education, soft skills and capabilities needed to survive in today’s competitive work atmosphere.”
I found that same kind of problem in my car when the warranty has expired but they repaired the part asap and without any charge as a customer gesture so this seems a difference to serve the customer.
This is my last and final request to replace or repair the freeze part without any charge, I would appreciate your kind cooperation in this regard, I will look forward to hear from you
