Samsung India — they don't know how to fix their washing machine

I have complained my washing machine to samsung dealer, surat on 7/11/2017, and till it's been not fixed (02/01/2018). So, i don’t know that they were doing. Initially, they have visited my place four times with different parts and tried it but couldn’t work than they have told me that they had to take that machine to their service center. So, they have taken to their service center two week ago. Till now they are doing recharge or what i don’t know, i want to tell them it is not an alien that you can’t fix it if you can’t fix it please replace it but they are not replying anything. So, i am big disappoint with samsung brand.
