I am thiyagarajan iyer owner of 49" led curved tv that was purchased from viveks on 15th april 2017at chennai. My customer id is [protected]. On nov 16th i have lodged a complaint as the tv has some problem in the picture quality. You had assigned mr veeramani to this job. He had come twice to my home to assess the defect.
