I purchased tv from samsung, got some damage internally on screen (We did nt do ant thin). Now they are saying it comes in physical damage. They don't agree to do service. Sir just understand how a common user can bear this. It is under warranty

Ervice people are telling this is a power issue who will take care of power issue samsung company or tv buyer?, is that mean you are not capable to do good led tv's then why you people are selling this kind of tvs.
