Since i have brought the tv i hve issue with my tv and no one ready to exchange or replacement my tv my ref number is @ samsung [protected] i want my tv to get replaced or i need an alternate model option to go with because since i buy this tv from samsung plaza i have been cheated and now a days no one taking responsibility for my replacement so please kindly i need help for this my tv issue pics updated in add photos option kindly look in to it thank you

Last week on friday i had word with some of your staff from head office team and i have been told we will call you back on monday and update for the same and i am not at all getting any satisfaction from your team and your samsung plaza from where i have brought the TV that guy now saying i cant do anything so u better deal with samsung only how can be this kind guys are working who doesn’t respect the customer when thy wants to sell the product thay saying anything and once their job done and where customer asked for anything in favour when customer having issues with product i am getting this kinda ans ... and my complaint has been solved yet still i dnt knw why m getting this message ( Thank you for contacting Samsung. We hope your query was answered satisfactorily. For future reference kindly quote [protected] at 180040-SAMSUNG[protected].) the completely damage piece has been sold from your samsung plaza just see my model i hve Brought in this year n MFG has written on box its OCT 2017 ... totally unfair

Please kind look for it and i only need exchange in favour from your samsung and i hope you guys will do in favour of customer happiness
