[Resolved] Samsung India — twin cooling plus refrigerator | |||
We bought this refrigerator on 26th june 2017 and the compressor stopped working since 18th november 2017 and we have booked a complaint the same day with complaint no.:[protected]. As the refrigerator is under warranty the service engineer said they would change the compressor But still they haven't changed since then. It's been 5days and they haven't replaced it and even if we called customer care and the local service center of samsung and they're saying it would take 3more days. It's very difficult to manage without a fridge and we want it replaced as soon as possible.in the meantime provide us with a spare fridge. Please replace asap!!
