Hi I purchase samsung note 8 in september 2016 on launching After a year i extended my warranty for one year today i was facing a problem with the touch screen as well as on the back glass When contact the customer care ceneter here at mandi gobindgarh they ask me to pay 4000 because the back glass is broken and they denied to change the touch Why it is so i have already paid for the extended warranty why should i pay more 4000 Kindly resolve my issue as soon as possible otherwise i will go through this case by my lawyer Thanx and regard from Amandeep sarvan Was this information helpful? | |||
