[Resolved] Samsung India — Very bad customer service | |||
Hi team I brought Samsung galaxy note in the month of may.Recently I was in Kerala and was drenched in rain, my note was in bag after reaching home when I clicked on my phone ..I saw my phone was not getting switched on .so gave my phone for repair and its been 3 days with no response from executive .I have been repeatedly tried contacting them on phone with nil response as the phone is always busy.also I was advised there is not warranty on my phone.its shame that my phone costing 42000 does not have warranty for a year also my phone was never drowned in water ..why am not eligible for warranty. My end for this phone is still existing and u guys don't provide warranty. Very bad service I am expecting warranty and no charge on my mobile repair as it is only 7 months that I have taken the phone. Was this information helpful? | |||
