[Resolved]  Samsung India — very bad customer service to replace a tv

Our samsung tv had been bought on oct 27th 2017 and within 10 days its stopped working. Since then so many service reps have come home, checked on the tv, provided hell lot of solutions [software problem/motherboard change] which didn't work at all. While i asked for a replacement they told they will extend the warranty. I am facing the issue
From day 1 but they are not ready to replace it instead they are asking to changing the circuit. Why samsung people is playing with customer money?

We demand that the tv be replaced with another one that is not faulty, free of cost for all the delay and appealing service rendered by samsung.

Hi Team,
I have bought new TV having Serial No 0AAB3PBJ903889. But with in 10 days of purchase my TV screen start going completely black. There are three times support person came to my house and tried multiple things like software update etc., nothing worked. Now support team is saying they will replace the power panel and extend the warranty for 6 more months.
But after spending INR 60000, why should I use repaired TV. I am getting email from Mr. Shafi ( shafi.[protected]@partner.samsung.com) who is providing an useless solution.
Here is below terms mentioned us Samsung website http://www.samsung.com/in/support/warranty/ .. This point number 2 is just word or you really meant it.

I am really frustrated with this TV I bought, so please help me and replace my TV.
And moreover I am reporting issue with TV from the very month I bought this one, tell me will you be fine if you buy a product and it Strat giving trouble and support team provide repair option instead of replacement.
Being such a renowned company like Samsung, this is really not expected. Now I am losing my mental peace with this daily follow up.
