Date of purchase – 04/08/2016

I wish to complain about sam sung galaxy j76 (Rz8h70rrn3f) that i purchased on 04/08/2016 from lulu connect, edappally. I am complaining because the mobile shows display error since after 3 months from date of purchase. Then i thought it’s due to non updation of the phone software. I didn’t care that much. Again it’s showing the same problem then i consulted samsung service centre they said to me that it will be fine after updating software. Then on july 1st week it again showing the same problem and i submitted phone at samsung service centre. They said that its board is damaged and we replaced it. After some days it shows the same problem and i submitted phone again and they said its display problem and the problem solved by replacing that one. Now it shows the same problem again. My handset is under warranty.
I would like a written statement explaining what you will do about my complaint.
I look forward to hearing from you as soon as possible to resolve this problem. If i do not hear from you i will file complaints with the appropriate consumer agencies and consider my legal alternatives. I am enclosing the screenshots of display error.
