[Resolved]  Samsung India — waiting for fifth replacement of fridge

Hi,
I had bought ssmsung fridge on 11/13. Since then four fridges have been delivered at my place and all of them were defective.
Waiting for thr fith one now. No clue on when or how it will be delivered. Customer care team, service centre teams say approval process is taking time. Head office guys snd india ceo desk doesn’t reply. Highly frustrated with samsung now.

‪After 38 days of painful & frustrating experience, Samsung offers compensation of 6 months extended warranty...seriously???...Compressor, which is the key component is already under 10 years warranty...Samsung, Are you kidding???‬

Sixth fridge also has bump on the side. Technical team says, its not a defect now. I am confused this is the same problem in previous fridge as well. How can it not be a defect now? Attaching the image for reference.

No confirmation on the delivery of defect free fridge from Samsung. Head office personal is not picking my calls.

Sixth fridge delivered by Samsung also has similar bump on the side wall. Now Samsung’s technical team is claiming this is not a defect. This was the same problem in previous fridges also.

These people are taking customer for granted. Delivering defective products and claiming to be good. Quality of Samsung fridges has gone from bad to worst.
