[Resolved] Samsung India — washing machine

Totally dissatisfied with Samsung washing machine. Machine was taken for full service due to drum was damaged and after a week it was delivered yesterday (5th March). When we tried to wash the clothes it started making nasty sound and raised a complaint again. Service engineer came today and after investigation, he said it again need to take to service center for full service. Buying a washing machine is to use it on a daily basis. It is really mandatory to be working when there is children in the family. If you look at my WM service record with in 3 years of time, there are many complaints got registered. Its really disappointing service from Samsung. I am owning Samsung Refrigerator and MW. But slowly i am moving out from Samsung product due to poor after sale service. My Samsung A7 2016 screen damaged just after 1.3 years (after warranty period). Replacing of its very costly. So i choose to move to another brand now. I had same experience with S4 as well.
