[Resolved] Samsung India — washing machine | |||||
We bought a samsung front load washing machine in 2013 and the repairs started once the warranty completed and spent separately[protected] for small repairs and once every thing is done suddenly again got a problem related to drum shaft where the engineer informed it need to be changed and may cost upto 3200 and asked to send the machine to service centre to get it repaired.. Once everything is done they charged nearly 5000 where they said different reasons for the prices and we were left with no choice Wanted a correct explanation nor correct service Was this information helpful? | |||||
