[Resolved] Samsung India — washing machine | |||
On 17th oct'18 i purchased a washing machine from capital electronics kolkata. Engineer visited my home to install the machine and declared it defective. After this no communication from samsung. On 27th oct'18 capital electronics confirmed me that they will provide a new machine or engineer will visit soon to rectify the machine. Since no communication from capital electronics and samsung i required full refund of my payment. Was this information helpful? | |||
