Hi, I had raised a request for washing machine repair service on 15th of May. Today is 22nd and no resolution yet. I have followed up multiple times with the customer service team, and each time they "assure" me by saying that service engineer will come on that day; however, nobody has even visited my place . worst service by samsung never buying again Bangalore India Was this information helpful? | |||
