[Resolved] Samsung India — washing machine filter price issue | |||
Hi, Today i had purchased two washing machine filters directly from your Bannerghatta Road (Prism Service Center) branch. They had charged me INR 804/- for the both parts. When i checked with them they said the charges include both the part cost and service charges. I am not sure when i am directly going there taking the product from the service center then why i have been charged for service which i have not taken from them. Because of this i have to pay almost three times of the product cost. Which was not the case earlier. When i called your customer care i spoke to Ms Prathibha as per her i should not have been charged. Only part cost i have to pay. She said she will arrange a call back from the team. When i got the call the lady was saying i have to pay both the charges as per the policy. My question is still remain the same when i have not used your services then why i should pay the service charge. Its a clear case of cheating.
