[Resolved] Samsung India — washing machine installation and demo delay | |||
On august 20 2018, i bought a samsung automatic washing machine from pittapillil stores, pala, kerala. From that day the installation and demo request is pending. Now it's almost 3 weeks. I used to contact the service centre person and every time he used to say, he is coming the same day. We cancelled some of our daily plans and waited for this guy everyday. There is a limit for everything and still he is playing with our patience. This is not the kind of service expected from samsung. If the basic support cannot be provided, then what service guarantee is samsung offering? Was this information helpful? | |||
