[Resolved] Samsung India — washing machine not repaired even within warranty period | |||
Washing machine dryer motor malfunctioned within warranty period and lodged complaint in customer care samsung, samsung registered complaint and assigned service request no. [protected], engineer vijay visited the complaint and told that dryer motor not working and needs to replace, Samsung has not replaced motor till date even after providing the original bill copy and warranty card to them, Original bill copy warranty card contains all relevant detail required but till date no action taken, When contacted again they refused to replace motor Please do needful.
