[Resolved]  Samsung India — Washing machine/lack in the service of Samsung company

It has been more than 2months, as the washing machine is not working properly and want it to state that the service of Samsung company is very much poor, as because more than 6time the persons of company use come but unfortunately doesn't use to reply in a proper manner as they want a commission from us .if such a huge company can't response than we are able to make awareness to the public about the services.and the persons also has given in writing about the commission that he want from the consumer

As the washing machine is not working from last 2 months as the service of your company is very poor and the staff of the company wants commission from us, as I had refused to give commission than he denied to make the machine proper and he has also given in written .So where will the consumer go for the service, as if any action if not taken then I won't refer any one to buy the Samsung product

We are sorry to hear the loss of your mobile phone. As an immediate step incase FIR for the same is not registered so far, we request you to kindly do the same at the earliest to avoid any misuse of the phone and data.
The feature of “FindMyMobile” which helps to find your device in case it is lost and also helps you to protect your data, the same needs to be activated by the customer on his/her own by login to Samsung account and enabling the required options on the mobile.
We would also like to state that all the basic features, interface etc. are explained at the point of sales.
As there has been no deficiency in the product/services we would not be able to consider any request for replacement/refund for this product.
