Today I got a call from one of the executive and he says the decision is already made by the management.It cant be changed .Then why is a consumer complaint cell created if we have to follow the commands of the Samsung management who without speaking to the customer make decessions. on the basis of false allegations. They do not want to speak to the manager of the place who has seen my phone in working condition.They do not want to stand by the truth. I requested the lady Srijita to speak to the people but her only proof is from Mr.Anand and his team.That Mr.Anand who was not even present in his center on all three days and his version is most important. I don't see the reply and final decision anywhere. My last question is what is the connection between the only software problem of emergency calls for which I took the phone and motherboard.The phone which was in working condition was pronounced dead by the Samsung care and its head office crew.
