[Resolved] Samsung India — wifi on my samsung qled tv not serviceable | |||
From the time i bought this 55 inches qled tv a year back, i have been complaining practically every month and it is still not sorted out. I am shocked at the way the complaint is being closed without resolution. I have a 100 mbps internet connection. My tv is around 15 feet from the wireless router, and the internet speed at which it is connected is around 0.03 mbps making it impossible to view any content. All devices connected to the same wifi router connects at around 40 to 45 mbps, even though they are at the same distance as the tv or even further. Please check my call record and you will notice the number of calls that were made by me from the time i have bought this tv. The latest update is the samsung technician was here a couple of days ago, and after taking a few screen shots left, and i understand that he or someone in samsung has closed the complain again. I have paid for an extended warranty of three years also. What kind of service is this. I would require someone to look into this on top priority. Was this information helpful? | |||
