[Resolved] Samsung India — Worst Samsung Service Center | |||
I'm fond customer of Samsung for a long while and regularly travel across major cities at india. Recently my smart phone had some battery related complaints, So visited the authorised service in Women's polytechnic, Coimbatore, TN named SJN Electronics. I observed they can accept only cash payment and card is not working regularly. My several visits i observed these centre not accepts cards. I told forcefully to check the card machine after a several hours, They connected the machine and then they take payment. And, Any for status check they have provided 2 contact numbers. I tried to reach them for staus and observed regular behaviour for 1 week that no one responds the call. These type experiences makes a customer feel worst to avoid the brand purchase in major cities. Hope this concerns will be addressed. Cheers. Was this information helpful? | |||
