[Resolved] Samsung India — worst service from samsung india | |||
Dear Team, I have Samsung S8 phone which I had purchased around 11 months before. The phone has started giving issues in a year. I visited the Samsung authorised service center and they said the motherboard and the battery has to be replaced. I visited them back after 10 days and they response from them was fantastic. They said we had ordered motherboard and battery but as some other client came so we gave your motherboard to him and now again you will have to wait as they need to indent the same to the company. Samsung does not know S also about the services which they should cater to the client. It's a feedback never opt for Samsung products and they will pull up the hands post selling the products Was this information helpful? | |||
