Samsung India — wrong ac unit delivered | |||
This is regarding my recent purchase with samsung. I am planning to shift in a new house and i bought three 1.5 ton 3 star ac and 55' 4k uhd smart tv from amazon which were delivered in last week of july 2019. Due to sudden family engagement, i had to leave town and i came back on 06 sep 2019. On 07 sep 2019, i registered the installation request and on 08 sep 2019, samsung installation executive visited my place and installed two ac's. But when they opened the third ac they found that the product is mismatched, meaning thereby, indoor unit of ac is of samsung 1 ton 5 star and outdoor unit is of 1.5 ton 3 star. Since, the amazon window of return got closed they are unable to help me. They have suggested that only samsung can help in this case. After several conversation with call center they have not assigned anybody for the registered complaint. The complaint issue is all about installation demo of samsung front load 8kg eccobubble washing machine purchased from croma showroom Hubli, Karnataka. very poor experience of service from croma.
