[Resolved] Samsung India — Wrong billing | |||||
A complaint of low heating in my microwave was launched to samsung India. While the microwave was checked by service engineer due to wrong procedure of checking the same the transformer of the microwave was burnt. Now samsung India is charging the cost of transformer also for replacement whereas the same was burnt due to mishandling of service engineer. Was this information helpful? | |||||

Recently that is on Sunday 14th Jan . TV display panel got dark and it got burst.
no picture coming .
Service person came and told TV display panel is lost and life is only for 5 years.
So Samsung quality is worse than anything.
