Samsung India — Your member of the management are not listening to my case.

Sir my name is ravi kumar and on 17th of december 2015 i purchased a new phone name samsung galaxy A8. on the next day the display of the phone got damaged it was dsamaged in such a way thaT if a normal person see the phone they cant believe that the display was damaged there is no scrach or line on the screen which can proof that the display of the phone was damaged but when i went to the service center they told me its a physical damaged and you have to pay for the display. At that time i dont have any idea what to do i also had pressured from the home because they purchased me costly phone. On the same day i had submitted my phone to the service centre to repair on the next they repaired my phone and i paid 8125 for the display of my phone after some days my handfree also damaged and when i went to the service center with one of my freind they exchange my handfree and given me the new one on the time one t the mam who gives token to everyone had taken my phone and told me that it was a good phone but beside her one of the engineer of the service center was standing there and adviced her not to purcase that phone and when mam asked her why he told her that the display of the phone got easily damaged and he has shown my phones didplay to her that it was not properly fitted. after that me and my frnd notice that problem and on the same time i told to there engineer that my phone's display was not properly fitted it was coming out from the upper side then she checked te detail of the engineer who has fitted my display at first time but in there computer they don't able to find detail then she told me that you have to wait for hal an hour so that we heat your phone to fix the the display at the right place. i waited and after some time they returned my phone and at that time it was almosted get pasted when i checked but after some days the same problem occurs and again i went to the service center again they taked my phone for heat and gave back to me at that time my chager of the phone also get damaged and when i told them they said you have to puchase new and i also purchased the charger of that phone. within 4 or 5 months my phone got damage my handfree got damaged my charger of the phone also got damaged. after some days the same problem occurs with the phone the display of the phone is coming out from the upper side again i went to the service center and meet there engineer and told them give me the proper solution so that it does not happen next time they taked my phone and told me that in this phone we have to change the tape on which the display was fixxed i told them to change they told me that you have to wait for 2 to 3 hours we change it and give you hand to hand but i told them that i can't wait for 2 to 3 hours please submitt my phone i collect it in the evening or on the next day but they told me no we repair the phone hand to hand then i asked them can i come tommorow to repai my phone they told me yes sir you can come so that we repai your your phone hand to hand and give you back in 2 to 3 hours. on the next day when i went to the service center i directly meet with the enginner and told them this my problem and they told me to come today after that they checked my phone checked the part code of the tape that it was aVAILABLE OR NOT but it was not available then i told then to submitt my phone they ready to submitt my phone but on the previous day they didn't submit my phone within these time period my phone was properly working the only problem was that the display was coming out from the phone it was because of the irresponisibility of the engineer of the service center that he hasn't heated it properly. when the service center ready to submitt my phone i asked them my phone is repairing under warranty so please give me a phone in return to use they told me that no phone is available. Samsung has a policy that if a person is repairing his or her phone under warranty they can take a phone from the service center in exchange. But they didn't gave me the phone in return and also the part of the was not available with them. then i came back to home and whenever i got time i went to service center to conform that the part or phone was available or not but there only response was that both things were not available. one day i went to service center and directly meet one of there engineer named sumit i and told him the problem of phone asd asked them to check the part but it was not available then i told him please give me the code of the part so that i don't need to come to the service center i also told them to give the phone no. of the service center so that i can contact you to conform the part he gave me the phone number as well as the part code of the phone regularly i call to the service center and asked them that the part was available or not they always responce me that the part was unavailable. for this i also complained to the customer care but from there also i did't get the resolution. after these i directly went to the service center to conform the part i directly meet to the engineer of that service center and i showed her the part code and told her to check that the partt was available or not when checked she told me whoever has given you the part code was wrong then she asked me the problem then i told her the problem she gaved me the new part code but that part code was also not available when i went back home i complain to the customer care aslo but i didnt get any resolution from them. then after these things i stopped going to the service center and stopped calling them. my phone was working properly one day when when i wake up in the morning i taked my phone to check the time but i saw the display of the phone was not coming on the same day i reached to the service center and told them this happens to me and now display was not coming they checked my phone and told me that your phone has a liquid blog in your phone water was entered and we have to open your phone and have to check that the motherboard was save or not i told them to check they checked and told me that the mother board was also damaged then i told them to repair they said that the phone doesn't repair under warranty you have to pay 18000 to repair the phone then i told why i should pay 18000 to repair my phone. i regularly use my phone but today when i wake up display was not showing and here you are giving me the reason that phone has a liquid blog. they just told me that your phone didn't repair under warranty for this i complain to the customer care but i didn't get any resolution from them. then some one advice me to mail to there CEO office i emailed there i get the call they discussed my case and after 4 to 5 day they called me and told me that the current status of your phone was that the phone has a liquid blog an it doesn't repair in warrwnty i asked them that in my phone the problem is coming for many days before and when i went to repair my phone to service center they don't repair my phone and today if a problem occurs you are putting your policy in front o[censored]s. on that day i was sitting at my shop i didnt able to talk with her then she asked me that can i close your case i told her that yes you can i can mailed you back tommorrom to discuss y case properly. i mailed them many times but they reply me one dialog alwasys that your case is already being discussed. some days before i email them with my brothers name they called me his name was pawan chauhan he discuused my case for 4 days with there team i answeres whatever he asked to me and i also asked some questions to pawan chauhan and told him if you answer my questions i never mail you or asked to repair my phone but he didn't able to answer my question and on fourth day he email me the conformation message that your phone is not going to repair under warranty. After an hour he called me and told me that we cant help you in this case you have to pay for your phone to repair then i asked hime give me one reason that why are not repairing my phone he just answered me no i also told him whatever you asked i answered what about my question but didn't reply and end the call. i again complained to the customer care but they told that there dission was last dission we can't change it. This much happns to me till today he cut my call and closed my cased without my permission and taken his decision without any reason. And i can't able to do anything.

Hello I am purchase a j7 mobile last 20days.now M suffering from ur battery problem.M visit Samsung care but they told me wait 1 months for replacement.ma official work going via by this medium.then M facing lots of problem.solve ma problem as soon as possible otherwise I can choose consumer court .
