The phone fell down and was repaired by changing its tape back glass and lcd assly on 25/02/2018. Yesterday there appeared suddenly a spot on the screen and within a span of 1 -2 hours the whole screen was full of spots and the phone's touch stopped working. When the phone was taken to the care centre they said that the screen has been pressed whereas this phone is used by a lady and is kept in her ladies bag where the 'screen being pressed' is not possible and neither the phone fell down.
