[Resolved] Samsung — Microwave Oven/ unprofessional customer care services | |||
We have lodged a complaint regarding microwave oven on 27 Feb 2021 though Samsung online customer care support. A Representative visited us and checked the micro and informed us a part has to be replaced and he shall try to get back to us on 28th Feb or 1st of March. On 28th February another Representative visited us and replaced the part. He is through from New Cool Aircon Services, visited us and replaced a part. The receipt is attached herewith. Even after the replacement of the spare part, the micro is still not working and switches off immediately. We had also followed up this issue through Samsung whatsapp chat with reference no.[protected]. Inspite of our repeated requests over telephone the guy who replaced the spare part answers the phone but kept postponing his visit to check the micro. Ultimately the first guy, who visited us says the guy who fixed the part is fake and not from Samsung. My query is inspite of sharing the cash receipt for the spare part through whatsapp chat with the Samsung why the customer care has not stopped us. I request concerned officials of customer care to do justice and punish the culprits appropriately. Was this information helpful? | |||

Once when we started oven on Micro Mode, due to excess of heat, it door glass got hole n then was cracked from inside. Pls note the crack is from inside.
Complaint was registered in customer care, technician called before coming and was asking for 400rs. visit charges, as the oven is in warranty I denied to pay the charges, then after 15 mins of argument he agreed to visit. He checked the product and told for door replacement and we have to pay for the door charges 1500rs. I requested him to click pictures n take video while switching on the oven and I told him to forward the same to customer care. But till so many days pictures and video were not sent to customer care.
I called several times to customer care no. and explained that the glass is cracked followed by the hole from inside, so it does not come in physical damage, so pls replace the door in warranty. Physical damages are from outside, and if physical damage from our side is there the whole glass would have cracked, but this only cracked from middle side followed by the crack.
They told they will send other technician to check the product, but no one has came to check the product again. complain was registered and then closed without contacting us. It was very lethargic behavior from service center. came to our home and told to replace the door at our cost.
I am not getting any positive response from Samsung local team ...if it continue same then i have to post in social media, which i don't have to do also like to do consumer complain.
It is humble request to resolve the problem at the earliest. As Samsung is huge and branded company how take care of there customer.
