[Resolved] Samsung — Mobile delivery issue

Hi Team,

This is regarding my mobile phone which i have ordered on 12 October 2020 which is not delivered yet and no response from the order tracking link as well as from customer care they do not have the justification for it why the delivery is delayed.

This is not resolved yet.. they are asking some details and closed the case. I think ther making fool ko consumer complaint as well.. as didnt see any open ticket with samsung.
