I had an issue in my Samsung M31s device (auto calling on emergency number) and I raised the service claim on 1st Aug 2022 as I had extended warranty under samsung care+.
During conversation with customer care, My device was supposed to be returned to me within two working days after the pick up date (i.e. 2nd August) but i have still not received my device. I have called several times to customer care but there is no proper resolution from the team. I have also escalated to their CEO team as well as Service Head but issue is still not resolved.
I am facing very much difficulty as I do not have another spare smartphone and Samsung Service centre is not able to return my device even after a week's time. Was this information helpful? |
