[Resolved]  Samsung — Mobile replacement Insurance claim

I am submitted my mobile in service centre 29th October after 2-3 days I have confirmation 3 November my phone confirm for replacement De confirm my address also now today is 13 November but I didn't receive my mobile and when I am calling Samsung care helpline they told me wait sir wait we will connect you soon they said always this type words no action no reaction.🤬🤬😡😡😡

Samsung associate told me they need 20 to 25 days from approval date for replacement my mobile phone my approval date is 03 November.
Let's see what will happen after complete 20to25 days.

Today is completed my 23 days but any notification didn't receive on my mail ID for call.
I requesting you do something in this matter.
