I have brought a Samsung 4K UHD Smart Tv on last June-2021 for 36990 through Amazon. My registered mobile Number is [protected] (Natarajan) (My Father)
For last 10 days the TV is not working which was worked well in previous day night which was connected with a brand new stabilizer as well.
For this issue, I'm following with Samsung to provide service for the same LIKE A BEGGER for last 1 week. Till now no-one responded regarding this issue.
I'm now in the brink of over frustration due to non responsive behaviour from your end.
FYI, I have all the call recording of my conversation with CUSTOMER care for the last 1 week which I have followed.
Now you left me no choice other than light the TV on fire.
I'm writing this mail for your record that I'm having a family function this week which almost 500+ guest will be visiting.
I'm going to set the TV on fire infront of all my guests saying SAMSUNG PRODUCTS ARE ### WHICH ISN'T WORTH OF BUYING.
I'll do the Facebook live tag with you & your other competitors also during this time.
Also all the records including this mail will be posted in social media & honourable consumer court for further proceedings & consequences which has been made only because of SAMSUNG NON RESPONSIVE BEHAVIOUR.
FYI, This mail will be forwarded to all the concern consumer department authorities post 24hrs from the delivery to Samsung.
